Freeze on rounds?
Black out mid-presentation?
Say something slightly wrong and replay it for 6–8 business days?

🎭 Improv for Anxiety
UBC Accessibility in Medicine × Med Improv Club
We are running a chill, beginner-friendly improv workshop focused on the stuff we tend to struggle with in med:
• Thinking out loud
• Getting pimped
• Saying “I don’t know” without spiraling
• Recovering after you blank
• Not dissociating during feedback

No acting experience needed.
You can pass on any activity.
Low-stakes. Supportive. Slightly chaotic in a good way.
